ABOUT TUNAS RENTAL

PT. Surya Sudeco (Tunas Rent) is a company with a primary business in the provision of automotive rental and fleet management services. Tunas Rent began its operation in 2000 under PT Tunas Financindo Sarana. As it grew, Tunas Rent separated into a new company PT Surya Sudeco in 2005. With more than 10-year experience, Tunas Rent is trusted and experienced in providing short and long term rent services from retails to large scale enterprises nationwide. In addition, Tunas Rent has been long experienced in providing Fleet Management Services (or Carpooling). Tunas Rent also provides comprehensive after sales services throughout Indonesia including repair and maintenance, 24-hour emergency and replacement car services.

Tunas Rent is a subsidiary of Tunas Ridean Group (Tunas Group), a respected provider of integrated automotive solution throughout Indonesia and the largest independent automotive group in the country. The group operates an extensive network of sales and after sales outlets for internationally recognized automotive brands – Toyota, Daihatsu, BMW and Peugeot, and main dealer of Honda motorcycle in Lampung area through PT Tunas Dwipa Matra. The group’s other businesses also include used cars, automotive financing through PT Mandiri Tunas Finance, and automotive rental and fleet management through PT Surya Sudeco. During the initial public offering (IPO) in 1995, Jardine Motor Group (now Jardine Cycle and Carriage Ltd) acquired 25.0% stake in Tunas Ridean Group. Over the years, Jardine Cycle and Carriage Ltd. gradually grew its stake in The Group, bringing its ownership to 43.84% of the company as of Dec.2013.

Tunas Rent has a strong commitment to serve customers with excellent services. This is evidenced by ISO 9001:2000 certification achieved for the field of Quality Management in 2008. Once again, in January 2011 Tunas Rent achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification.
